Burlingame, CA
The Landing is a state-of-the-art, purpose-built life science campus development in Burlingame, California. The Class A, LEED Gold and Well Certified facility is comprised of approximately 500,000 SF of lab and office space, as well as a curated amenity program to provide enhanced user experience. The Landing is positioned to lead the continued establishment of Burlingame and Millbrae as a premier innovation node in the Bay Area, with its unparalleled mix of transit-oriented attributes, access to the waterfront and nearby amenities. The property is currently under construction for a 2025 delivery.

4055 BOHANNON
Menlo Park, CA
4055 Bohannon is located in Menlo Park in the the Stanford University life science cluster. The project reimagines an existing building into a Class-A, sustainably-built, all-electric life science facility. Designed by industry-leading DES Architects, the project will set the standard for market-ready, prebuilt lab suites. Helios expects to bring the property to market in 2024.

388 VINTAGE PARK
Foster City, CA
theLAB Foster City is a 115,000 square foot purpose-built life science development project located in the heart of the mid-peninsula life science cluster. Neighboring companies include Gilead, Illumina, and Biospace. The property is located at the midway point between Stanford and UCSF and the SF Peninsula with unique accessibility from the East Bay. The Class-A life science facility is built to LEED standards and includes a rooftop terrace with extensive views. The project is currently scheduled for a 2025 delivery.

1499 BAYSHORE
Burlingame, CA
1499 Old Bayshore is a purpose-built 320,000 square foot life science facility in Burlingame, California. The project is designed by DGA Architects and with its stunning unobstructed views will continue the establishment of the Burlingame bayfront as a premier life science destination. This will be the second project by Helios in the Bayshore neighborhood of Burlingame. The project is currently seeking entitlement approvals.
